Whether you are selling your home or looking for a property to buy, you are involved in a process that is both complex and, potentially, stressful. My goal is to simplify the transaction and insulate you from as many of the burdensome details associated with a transaction as possible.

If you would like to be notified when new listings matching your search criteria become available, you may utilize the “New Listing Updates” feature in the Santa Barbara MLS search solution. Once you are set up to receive these Updates, you will be notified via e-mail within one hour of a property being listed in our Multiple Listing Service. Alternatively, I will be glad to personally provide you with this information.
